1. Q: What should you do when you received the item and the first time to use it?

A: The solar panel is fully charged before shipping. If the string light you received doesn’t work, please kindly check through these steps:

1). Check the status of your solar panel as the string lights ONLY work in ON mode. 2). Try to charge the solar panel via the USB port for about 6 hours. The panel displays red on one side of the front when charging, and blue when fully charged.
